The core discovery at the heart of The Satisfied Introvert is what I call the “winning recipe” — the adaptive behaviors many introverts adopt to feel safe and acceptable in a loud, extroverted world.
At first, the recipe feels like a strength. But it often exacts a quiet cost: emotional fatigue, relational distance, and a lingering sense that you’re not being authentic with those around you or with yourself.
This site and this book are my way of coming home to myself and others as an introvert and inviting readers to do the same.
