I’m an introvert, a researcher, and a storyteller. For most of my life, I wore a mask to survive — a version of myself that was louder, more agreeable, more adaptable. But that mask came at a cost: disconnection, exhaustion, and a quiet sense that I was never authentic.
The Satisfied Introvert is my story of what happened when I let that mask go.
This site is a quiet space where other introverts can pause, reflect, and find resonance in their own experience.
